Adds history paging
...
This adds tab+enter based history paging to go with tab+enter -based navigation.
Code needs cleanup before any kind of merging, but functions.

Uploaded my 2nd try at the Start Game Menu. Major cosmetic overhaul. No functionality, though. All functionality (use of buttons) is in my first Start Game Menu file.

Adds game section to menu

Adds the game UI (temp) , same for New and Load, that takes user option (temp), outputs response (temp) and scrolls to the bottom.

Settings saving: updates started 10/24 and concluded 10/31

Saves player settings test values to JSON (.sav file) when clicked in Settings menu, and loads them in at launch.

Reorganized Godot folder; uploaded my Main Menu version

Combined all Godot uploads from everyone into one folder (MainMenu) within a new folder for Godot files (Godot).
Uploaded my first draft version of the Main Menu file.
